BSCWave is a non-custodial platform. We never have access to your private keys or funds. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys. BSCWave cannot recover lost or stolen funds.

In no event shall BSCWave or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the materials on BSCWave, even if BSCWave or a BSCWave authorized representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.
